Orders $55+ free shipping option (economy shipping).
Other shipping options such as priority, FedEx, DHL are also available at an additional fee.

Shipping International
Unfortunately, we do not offer International Shipping. 

IMPORTANT:
Please make it your duty to check your tracking information and follow instructions on the TRACK your order page listed  @Nolassoapery.com, if any other action is needed such as retrieving your package from your porch or if your package is being held at the post office or another location for you to pick up, etc. You are responsible for retrieving your package once it is delivered.


How soon will my order be shipment be mailed?
Your order will usually be shipped from our location within 1 the next days unless you have a bulk order or other special order. You will be notified by Nolas'sSoapery customer service if there is any further issues/concerns/delays with processing the order.

*Wholesale orders are a special order  with multiple items and will be made to order and will be shipped in as soon as the orders has been fulfilled and completed with a packing slip of order. Your total order will be shipped at the same time. 
If your order is fulfilled and it is shipped with the incorrect address, it will be returned to NolasSoapery and in order for it to reprocessed a secondary shipping fee will have to be applied for the order to be re-shipped to the customer. 

How you paid for shipping your items?
Depending on the shipping method you selected, it usually takes 2 to 10 business days depending on how the customer has paid to have it shipped UPS, flat rate, USPS, Fed Ex, for delivery in the US. but can take longer days due to circumstances such as weather, holidays, rural areas etc. We pride ourselves on making sure that packages have a tracking number and order confirmation linked to every account. but in some cases things happen and packages can get misplaced. 

Shipping Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do charge a small shipping fee. If you receive a product that has been damaged each case will be reviewed on an individual bases to determine, how this will be handled. Shipping cost at this time is calculated by the weight, price and time-frame you would like your products to be delivered to you. The quicker you want your merchandise the higher the shipping will be for the customer. 

Free Shipping

If you received  a order and you met the guidelines for free shipping at the time of purchase, and the order needs to be returned. The amount if it reaches below the threshold for the $55.00 you would not the free shipping will be deducted from the original ticket purchase price and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Lost or Stolen  or Damage Packages
It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct/ accurate shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS without risk of theft or loss and you can retrieve your package immediately upon delivery. We will not assume any responsibility or obligation for any packages that are lost or stolen after your package is delivered to the address you provided us. If you are feel that there may be  a problem with the safe delivery of your product you can always apply insurance on any package that is over $50.00 just for a security measure.  All information should match the demographics and correspondence for which the package needs to be delivered.

Return Policy
To request an Return Merchandise Authorization, please use the contact page and let us know the reason you need to return the product. Be sure to include the order number, your demographics, like name, address, city zip code etc. Once you receive the RMA, include it with the returned item in the original packaging along with original packing materials and invoice. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of the package. Any package returned without a RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer

We do not issue refunds on product. All items must be returned in original unbroken,  new, unused, resalable condition. . Be sure to pack returned items carefully as we can only issues a refund if we can resell the item. A shipping and handling charge of will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the initial shipping and handling for orders shipped. All returns must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with the original invoice. No refunds can be issued after 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the primary responsibility of the customer.


Store Credits
We do not offer store credits or exchanges for merchandise.
