Return. Damaged: Items Unfortunately, things happen outside of my control when it come to the USPS- United States Postal Service as well as UPS-United Parcel Service or Fed Ex- Federal Express. So if your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at NolasSoapery@zohomail.com.within 24-48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product, but shipping is not included. Please be aware that all products are based on visual content, but once received visual and our senses kick into play. This may cause a slight difference in your order, but we are not able to refund products do to fragrance as well as unscented bars, this still will produce a hint of a smell do to the products, oils, that are utilized and required but the (International Fragrance Association) IFA, we are utilizing the proper usage per IFA and directions given. Allergy Warning We utilize a variation of essential ingredients with our products.  This can cause some disruption with the products and a bit of irritation to the skin/body where the products are being applied. Bulk Orders Each order purchased is considered (1) order. To get the most of your order it is best to make sure all products you wish to purchase are all placed in your shopping cart and reviewed before submitting your order for its final purchase. If you decide to complete multiple orders and it is considered a combination order it will cost more in shipping for the customer. Please review all items/ orders to reduce extra out of pocket expenses for you as the customer. Shipping Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do charge a tiny shipping fee. If you receive a product that has been damaged each case will be reviewed on an individual bases to determine, how this will be handled.
